Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These terms govern your use of ARIMA, the audit-readiness service at www.arima.live (“ARIMA”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ARIMA you agree to them. If you use ARIMA for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
1. What ARIMA is, and is not
ARIMA helps you understand how ready your organisation is for security and compliance audits, find gaps, and plan remediation. ARIMA is audit readiness. It is not a certification, an audit, or legal advice. Scores, findings, drafts and other output are guidance to help you prepare. Decisions about compliance, and any statements you make to auditors, customers or investors, remain your responsibility. Consult a qualified auditor or lawyer where you need one.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and in workspaces you administer, including people you invite.
- Tell us promptly at info@arima.live if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scan, or ask ARIMA to scan, any website or domain you do not own or are not authorised to test;
- upload content you have no right to share, or content that is unlawful or malicious;
- try to break, overload or bypass the security of the service, or access other users’ data;
- resell the service, or copy it to build a competing product;
- use the service in breach of any applicable law.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the information, documents and evidence you put into ARIMA (“your content”). You give us permission to host, process and display your content only as needed to provide and secure the service for you, including processing by the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. Third-party services
ARIMA can connect to services such as Google (sign-in and Google Drive) and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. ARIMA accesses them only with the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect them at any time. How we handle data from Google is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-generated output
Some features use AI models. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review it before relying on it or sharing it.
7. Fees
Any fees for ARIMA are agreed with you in advance, in writing. We will never charge you for a plan you have not chosen.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep ARIMA available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Regulation data is reviewed regularly, yet laws change and our summaries may lag behind them.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using ARIMA at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@arima.live. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Sections 4, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer
ARIMA is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its output is accurate or complete, or that using it will lead to passing any audit or certification.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ARIMA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell signed-in users about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use ARIMA after that means you accept the updated terms.
